PSAC National Bargaining Conference Update & GSU

Feb. 24, 2025

Dear GSU Members,

We are pleased to inform you that the PSAC National Bargaining Conference concluded on Sunday, marking an important step in preparing for the next round of negotiations.  Throughout the week, delegates from the PA, TC, SV, and EB bargaining tables worked diligently to prioritize the demands submitted by members, ensuring that our collective interests are well represented.

We are also proud to announce that Troy MacDonnell, RVP for Atlantic, has been elected as a member of the PA bargaining team. His experience and dedication will be invaluable in advancing the priorities of our members at the bargaining table. Rick Gabbey, Local President 60009, has been elected as an alternate for the PA bargaining team. Having Rick as an alternate is a significant achievement for GSU, as it strengthens GSU presence in the bargaining process. Congratulations to both of them.
