As the year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the strength, resilience, and unity that define our incredible union. Together, we have navigated challenges, celebrated victories, and remained steadfast in our commitment to advocating for fairness, equity, and respect for all workers.
 
To GSU National Council and Elected Officers, thank you for your unwavering leadership and dedication. Your tireless efforts to represent our members and uphold the values we stand for are truly inspiring. It is through your hard work and determination that we continue to achieve progress and build a stronger union.
 
To our members, you are the heart of this union. Your daily contributions, solidarity, and collective action fuel the work we do. Each of you plays a vital role in creating a fairer, more inclusive workplace and society.
 
As we celebrate this holiday season, let us take time to recharge, connect with loved ones, and reflect on the year that has passed. May this season bring warmth, joy, and peace to you and your families.
 
Looking ahead, I am filled with hope and determination for what we can accomplish together in the coming year. United, we can continue to make meaningful changes and ensure that every voice is heard.
